We are a small friendly pole fitness studio
“Pole-arity Fitness Studio started because we wanted to create an affordable space with a complete training program and a real sense of community. Pole fitness requires a lot of strength, flexibility and balance. For some people, it’s about getting certain fitness activity and they are happy to attend classes once a week but for other people, the more you practise and advance, the more you realise how addictive this sport is, lol! and how important is to combine other areas to make you a better athlete; that is why we offer flexibility classes on a regular basis and we look at not only flexibility but also at balance and strength moves which are all very important not only because you want to achieve certain moves but also to help you to prevent injuries. There wasn’t a place in Worthing where people could also practise apart from attending pole dancing classes. A lot of people do not have a pole at home and even if they do, some people find it hard to get motivated so when they book a practice session with a friend they are more likely to commit. This beautiful sport is so versatile that it gives room for so many styles, so we compliment our classes with dancing workshops, from sassy twerking to experimental flow to give our students a good balance. Whether you are a just a social butterfly who wants a hobby or you are a serious athlete looking to push your body capabilities, the studio is there for all of you.
