These ongoing classes will help you to improve your pole skills. On and off the pole training, weekly iterative program. We will look into shoulder mobility, side splits, boxed splits, headstands, forearm stands, handstands, backbends, scorpion/needle and various arm balances plus lots of training on the pole to help you with moves such as cocoon, extended allegra and lots of splits.
