Monday and Wednesday 6:30-7:30 pm. This class is suitable for intermediate who are working on their invert. Students will work on spins and power moves combinations. Monday and Wednesday 7:30-8:30 pm. This class is suitable for intermediate who are comfortable inverting. We will look at complex spins and power move combinations.
In this class we will work towards more challenging strength moves, complex and flowy transitions plus flips and drops. This class requires a lot of strength and stamina and it is for people who are very comfortable doing inverts, shoulder mounts and handsprings.
All levels welcome! This class runs weekdays and weekend perfect for people who are busy and can’t commit to the week so they need to take weekend pole fitness class.
