Got Questions?

What do I wear to class?

You will need shorts and preferably a crop top. Pole fitness requires skin contact with the pole for a lot of moves otherwise you will slide down.

What do I bring to class?

Please remember to bring water and your grip aid and gloves if you suffer from hyperhidrosis. If you don’t have any grip aid, the studio have dry hands available for purchase. If you are attending a choreography class, please remember to bring your pleasers/shoes and knee pads.

I forgot my water, what should I do?

We have a selection of drinks available for purchase.

I don′t have enough upper body strength, can I still attend classes?

Of course you can. You don’t need to be strong to practise pole fitness. You will build up your strength and that is the beauty of this sport. You will become fitter, stronger and you will also improve flexibility, balance and coordination.

I have a medical condition. Can I still attend classes?

You need to consult your doctor and he/she will be able to advise you on this matter.

I am really scared of going upside down or doing flips.

We will work at your own pace to help you to develop your confidence. Also, this sport is so versatile that you can work on your style and focus on for example, flow or whatever you like.

I recently got injured. Can I still attend classes?

If you suffered a recent injury, you must seek advice of your physician. Students with recent injuries must prove that they have been given permission by their physician to do physical activities.

I saw a move online that I want to try, can you teach me?

Yes, of course if after assessing your level and skills the instructor feels that you are capable and ready, she will include that/those move/s on your learning program. Please note that classes are planned in advance so please let your instructor know of any move you would like to try with at least 48 hours notice.

I think I am too old. What it is the age limit of your students?

We don’t discriminate on age. We have students in their 50’s and 60’s. It is up to you to assess your physical capabilities.

I am interested on pole fitness classes for my daughter/son who is under 18 years old.

Unfortunately, at the moment we are not offering lessons for students under 18 years old. However, this is something that we are hoping to include in the near future. Please follow us on Facebook to keep-up-to-date.

Is there parking at the studio?

Yes, we have a free private car park.

What if I suddenly have to leave early?

Just inform your instructor at the beginning of the class. Fees for the day still apply.

I would like to attend classes with different levels to get inspiration, is that possible?

Yes, we run classes for all levels including mixed abilities. Check our classes page for more information.

Does the studio have toilets?

Yes, the studio has a private toilet.

Do you offer gift vouchers?

Yes, we do just check out our shop. We also organise pole events for birthday and hen party packages.
