Terms and conditions
Students can mix and match classes if they can’t make it to their regular group class day as long as it is another class suitable to their level.
All classes require a minimum of 2 students.
Beginners must complete a 5-week program; after completion beginners can then PAYG, book blocks or pay for packages.
Students on memberships and group classes have priority booking. However, this does not apply if it is a catch up class.
Payments, cancellation & refund Policies
All classes must be paid in advance and are non refundable.
Group class packages and memberships will renew automatically after completion of each period. Each student is responsible for informing the studio of any changes on their current plan.
All classes on packages and memberships must be taken within a month. If you think you are going to miss classes on a regular basis, please select another suitable alternative.
Each student is responsible for cancelling their own sessions. We have a 24hrs cancellation policy.
Students on packages and silver and gold memberships are allowed 1 class cancellation per month and students on VIP membership 2 cancellations per month. Students who miss a class can add a catch up session to your next month’s plan if you give us the notice required above, however this is not applicable to late cancellations and is done at our discretion.
Also please note that classes are non transferable. Only some workshop and masterclasses are transferable if it is stated on the description and the terms on conditions; and only at the discretion of the studio.
